Core Services Summary

DOXCO provides fee, mineral, operating royalty, and working interest title work, including but not limited to, negotiation and acquisition of the necessary separate interests for the fulfillment of pipeline's and right-of-ways, storage development projects, and oil, gas and mineral interests for production.

Interests include all surface and subsurface rights and interests associated with, running with, over, appurtenant to, and related to the relative parcels.  These interests include, but are not limited to, mineral rights, storage rights, royalty interests, working interests, and security interests.

Title work includes accurately accumulating, tracking, collating and describing any and all interests required, including but not limited to, right, title, fee, mineral rights, storage rights, and previous right-of-ways over a prescribed parcel of land for a predetermined period of time.  Ownership interests will be tracked by searching recorded title transactions online and within courthouses relative to the location of interest.  This process includes but is not limited to taking accurate notes of linear ownership, ownership severances, conveyances, assignments, gifts, bequests, deaths, orders assigning residue, probates, divorces and wills.  Negotiations may include contacting and describing to individual property owners the necessity and purpose of the proposed project, determining relative damages or royalty payments due for material changes occurring on, over and under the effected property.   Pricing and payment amounts, for interests acquired, will be predetermined, outlined, and negotiated by managers or project directors and managed across the entire project.

Service Charges will be determined by a predetermined day-rate negotiated in advance of projects or projected over a calendar year.  Bundled Projects will be bid determined and fixed.  These rates will include but are not limited to a fixed day rate amount, a per diem + day rate, or project rate depending on maximum taxable benefit for relative parties, miscellaneous mileage expense and expenses for work product.
