DOXCO Service Company, LLC (“DOXCO”), was founded in April of 2000 by Charles Douglas “Doug” Doxsee, a 33 year Oil & Gas industry veteran.  Doug is a second generation oil and gas man, following in his father’s, Charles August “Charlie” Doxsee, footsteps when he joined the American Natural Resources Company in 1968.  Charlie Doxsee started in the business in 1952 for what was then Michigan Wisconsin Pipeline Company.  He worked in various roles including as Area Manager and retired in 1983 as a 31-year man.

DOXCO was founded as a vehicle to help further the families investments in oil, gas, mineral interests and real property, but soon moved in to the field of consulting, title work, landman work, and legal evaluation.  The explosion in domestic exploration and production and lack of qualified individuals in the land field has helped expand the company to its current operational scope.

Doug was joined, full time, in early 2002 by his son Chris Douglas Doxsee to help further the overall goals of DOXCO and to add to the core management of the company.  Other consultants include various out-of-state Oil & Gas professionals, consultants and legal consultants.
